- Assign task, receive it back within 48 hours

 

- Long-term tasks, like creating full CD sets for a milestone, "60%"        for example, can be worked out for a 30-day span but will not            allow any other tasks during that month.

 

- If subscription is paused or canceled, any remaining unused days    will be usable by the subscriber.

 

- Tasks include, but are not limited to:

   * Redlines

   * Create full set for residential package

     (2 separate home sets per 48 hours) 

   * Conceptual Design and Space Planning floor plans

   * Code Researching / Due diligence

   *  Rendered or Conceptual Video Animations

      (Allow 10 days of rendering time and preparation before due            date. Additional tasks can be assigned in tandem during 10-            day prep time.)

​   * Specification vetting against Project Manual and Master Specs

   * Addendum preparation for submission.
